The Research and Best Practices Committee chair is appointed by the President. The Chair serves a one-year term and works with the volunteers who serve on the Research and Best Practices Committee. The Committee presents all research and best practices findings to the Board and/or when appropriate to the President and the Executive Director for discussion. 

Strategic Purpose:

Research and recommend best and promising practices that support the mission of SSTAGE.

Functions:

• To develop a dynamic database of current effective solutions.

• To share research and best practices that can be communicated to the board and/or membership of SSTAGE.
